Advanced 3D Model:
The Avanced 3D Model software virtually builds your home on the computer … block by block, board by board. This allows us to preempt and eliminate many unseen architectural errors and resolve any unanticipated issues before they become an expensive and timely obstacle.
The model is provided in ‘rvt’ and ‘dwfx’ format. A free viewer (Autodesk Design Review) can be obtained from www.autodesk.com that will allow the client convenient and unlimited access to their model. Please note that at this level the interior depicts the basic infrastructure without details such as trim, cabinets, handrails, beams, etc. You can upgrade to a higher level and achieve a more detailed perspective. If a CAD file of the topography is available, the model can incorporate accurate topography information as well.

Due to the wide variety of landscape plans, both size and complexity, the price will be based on the information available, including plants types, water features, pools, hardscapes, etc.
Interiors are modeled on various levels. It is important to understand that in order to achieve the final rendered image, every component in the 3D space has to be first modeled.
Due to the variation in complexity of each room, the price per rendering will vary.
Basic renderings would include basic trim profiles, brackets, floor textures, wall colors, fireplace designs, staircases, handrails, ceiling beams, columns, and basic can lights.
The model can be integrated through technology with the actual lot before any on-site work begins. This requires various field measurements and photographs along with computer integration work. Ranges in pricing vary due to lot conditions, accessibility, location, and whether a surveyor is necessary.
If the house placement study and the interior modeling have been completed, the client has the option to see true view perspectives of the outside conditions from any location in the interior.
